โ˜ฎStay balanced this winter by dedicating yourself to an at home self care and self love routine. Yoga is a physical, energetic, sensory soothing, emotional, intellectual, intuitive & spiritual practice and I present it as such.

๐ŸŒŸI offer structure to support student's desires to cultivate an at home Yoga practice. Yoga is an ancient philosophy with a set of principles, practices and techniques designed to assist anyone who shows up with connecting them to their Hudson Selves.

๐ŸŒŸThis week I'm leading classes with a philosophical theme around the first Yama which is step one, part one in the Yoga 8-Fold Path.

๐Ÿ’œ No worries if you have never heard of this stuff before, I present Classical Yoga philosophy in a digestible down to earth type of way. My teaching style is lighthearted, playful and trauma informed.

W- 7pm Sleepy Orange Evening, beginner friendly Gentle Hatha


Th- 9:15am Purple Spotted Morning, beginner friendly half nourishing movement half breathing, meditation, relaxation techniques.


F- 10am Clouded Yellow Morning, beginner friendly. Vin/Yin style half gentle strengthening, half passive opening.
