Liability Waiver Policy:

By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Mindful Nature Special Event I agree to not hold Veronica Carpenter or Blissful Butterfly Yoga liable for any injuries that could occur. I agree to claim sovereignty over my body and agree to keep myself safe, honoring my body's limits with love. If I am confused or need assistance I will ask Veronica for help. I know that all movement Veronica offers is optional.

This policy is considered my agreement.

Cancelation, Refund & Weather Policies:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds given after purchase. Your purchase of event tickets means you have read, understood and agreed to the terms given below.

This program requires a minimum number of participants. If the program does not reach minimum capacity, we reserve the right to cancel the event and will reach out via email to reserve your spot in another upcoming Mindful Nature Special Event with Blissful Butterfly Yoga of equal or lesser value.

Should you need to cancel with at least 24 hours notice you can exchange your ticket for another Mindful Nature Special Event with Blissful Butterfly Yoga of equal or lesser value.

Should the event be canceled due to inclement weather you can exchange your ticket for another Mindful Nature Special Event with Blissful Butterfly Yoga of equal or lesser value.

Mindful Nature Special Events will run in light rain (Yoga In the Woods switches to a Mindful Hike in light rain) and will be canceled in unsafe conditions. If the event is canceled then all ticket holders will be emailed directly to be asked which upcoming Mindful Nature Special Event they would like to attend in exchange.

Inclement weather decisions will be made by 9am the morning of the event and all ticket holders will be notified via email.
