We are vibrational beings. What we focus on will grow. If our thoughts are on stress, anger, resentment, fear and worry- then we will get a shit ton more of those feelings/thoughts. If our thoughts are on peace, love, joy and gratitude then we will get a shit ton more of those thoughts/feelings. This doesn't necessarily mean the world around you will change right away, but your perspective will change. Then over time your vibration will rise and you will attract more people and situations into your life that match the frequency you are emitting. This happens through practicing. All Yoga limbs are designed to bring us towards peace, love and bliss that resides within. First you must believe, second you must practice. Then you will shine without even trying.
