🧚♀️This will be a 90-minute experience for caregivers and their children. There will be group movement, breathing, mindfulness, play and nature exploration. The play aspect is purposeful for adults and children. Everyone will be reminded of the importance of inviting their inner children out to play.

When I was younger I used to judge my physical appearance harshly.
