Physical Body

The least subtle aspect of your being: your physical body. It's such a large part of our being here on Earth that we often times identify as our body. Or we see a plethora of body shaming issues. We forget that our body is wise because of years of being force fed lies about what a body should look like from the broken main stream media and social media.

The body is not something to be: controlled, handled, managed, forced into submission, hidden, starved, force fed, or denied. The body deserves to be loved.

Your body is asking you to love it. Listen to your body instead of denying it or sacrificing its wellbeing because of an outside influence of pressure. Allow your body to be your temple. It houses your energetic, emotional, intellectual, intuitive and spiritual bodies within it. You need optimal energetic flow through all those parts of you.

It starts by listening to your body. Not feeling guilty when you need to take care of you because your body will take the big hits only for so long before it gives out without proper nutrition of food and movement.

A regular physical yoga practice can nourish your body and can be adapted to all experience levels and body types.
