Highest Knowledge

Updated: Jan 16, 2022

This week in classes I'm talking about the path of Jnana Yoga: The Yoga of Realized Knowledge.

Ultimately no one can tell you how to be spiritual- your journey is yours. Yoga's beauty lies in its core message: many paths one truth.

The Jnana path includes practicing decernmant in the seeking of Ultimate Truth. The intellect becomes a finely honed instrument, while not letting the ego run the show. The Jnana Yogi stays open minded, curious and lighthearted while absorbing vast knowledge and eventually becomes an embodiment of the wisdom. This is knowledge free from dogma, restrictions and rigidity.

Personally the way I practice this path is through questioning, searching, listening to/learning from spiritual teachers who resonate, contemplating, applying lessons in my life and letting go of anything that insults my soul.
