What if I told you that all the wisdom of the Universe lives within you? Would you believe me? The fact is that this is true, but the average human's wisdom is clouded under the shadow of illusion. This leads to humans forgetting their true nature as spiritual beings of light and love. The way that we each find the space of intuitive knowing and wisdom is through self reflection and conscious decision making to break old patterns that do not serve the highest good for all. The seat of our wisdom lives in the 3rd Eye Chakra, in the center of the brain just above the spinal cord in the pineal gland. When this space is open and balanced we are intuitive, perceptive and imaginative. When blocked we lack imagination, we are insensitive and can be stuck in rigid "one right way" thinking. When excessive our thoughts race, we cannot concentrate and we become obsessive in thoughts and behaviors. Ancient Yoga practices were designed to assist in clearing away the veil of illusion so practitioners can see things as they really are, instead of how they wish them to be.
