🌟Life is all of it. In order to make sure we show up as our best selves we must make our self care and spiritual practice a priority.


💜Your spiritual practice does not need to be defined nor religious. It can compliment your religion or just be a stand alone thing. It can literally be anything that makes you feel connected to that spark within and allows you to remember your connection to all that is.


🌟My path is Yoga. This is what I teach and offer. I understand it's not for everyone. However if it calls to you I invite you to come practice with me to see what it's all about. You don't even need to leave home. I virtually come to you and lead a variety of styles to meet beginners to more advanced students.


🕉Cultivation of a regular Hatha Yoga practice can assist you with bringing your energy towards equilibrium and overall improved health- physically, energetically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.


🦋I offer 5 Livestream Hatha Yoga classes per week. Various formats and experience levels. I also offer a Spotify playlist for most classes in case you need some sweet tunes to get you out of your chaotic mind and into the magic moment.


☮️I'm an Internationally Certified Yoga Therapist and also offer private virtual Yoga Therapy sessions to personalize practices for students.
