Third Eye

This week in classes I will be talking about the 6th Chakra, Ajna or the 3rd Eye. The element is light and the color is indigo. This energy center is all about insight, intuition, imagination and vision. This is where one cultivates the ability to reflect on their past, their present and see patterns. This reflection allows for new choices to be made and patterns to be broken, leading to transformation and spiritual growth. Details below on how to join me virtually.
