Do you know how to sit with yourself quietly? If the answer is no- guess what- cultivation of a regular yoga practice can assist you with finding this for yourself. Being able to sit quietly and listen to your internal guidance system is a tool, that once awakened, will always be with you and available to support your soul's evolution. The 1st step is in daring to face the uncomfortable adjustment, it can feel scary at first, but I promise it will be worth it. You are worth it!
