💜This week I'm talking about the path of Raja Yoga, The Royal Path of Meditation.
🕉Yoga is defined in the Yoga Sutras as the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind. How we get there is layed out in an 8 Fold Path. The 7th step is Meditation and all other steps are preparing you for being able to sit quietly with your own mind. This path leads to self-realization. Expect to hear me talk about this in classes this week.
