Loving Kindness Meditation

🌟This week in Savasana I've been leading a Metta Meditation. See script in picture. You can do this by yourself for yourself. Say it to yourself, someone you love, a neutral person, and/or a group of people. After you practice for awhile you then hold someone with whom has upset you or caused you negative feelings- thats the real practice! No rush in getting there, all in Divine timing.
