Heart Chakra!

This week in classes it's all about the heart chakra, Anahata or "Unstruck." The color is green, the element is air, the rites are to love and be loved. The first step in healing this space is the practice of self love. The first ethical guideline of Yoga is Ahimsa, nonviolence or cultivation of loving kindness and compassion. When we learn how to practice this in how we speak to and treat ourselves in thought, word and action - we then we begin to radiate that love out into the world. To learn more join me this week.
