Happy Place

Was feeling crabby so went to my happy place and was greeted by monarch's aplenty and Spirit sealed it all in with a gorgeous sunset. Sometimes I just need a dip into nature's beauty to aid in grounding and a reminder to let all the feelings flow...

I practiced sitting in my discomfort, did a little asana practice, talked to God, intentionally released a bunch of shit, loved myself through it and basked in gratitude for nature's display of just another ordinary day.

Self care is so important in order to continue to be a centered human being. For me nature and yoga tend to make me feel nourished and help me stay balanced.
