šThis week in classes it's all about Santosha or the practice of contentment.
āØļøTo get a glimpse of why yoga philosophy tells us that contentment is such an important practice I'm sharing directly from the source of the Yoga Sutras. Practicing contentment supports: attainment of supreme joy. I mean, who doesn't want that?!
šYoga is not just movement and relaxation- it is literally a guidebook for how to live your life in a way that lines you up to connect with your most authentic self and supports overall health and wellness.
āØļøOne more chance to catch me Livestream this week: Each and every Friday join me at 10am EST for Clouded Yellow Morning, an all levels VinYin Style class.
šIf you are interested in checking out the variety of Hatha Yoga format classes I offer, Livestream or anytime through my Yoga On Demand Channels, visit my website for details.
šI also offer monthly safe share spaces on Zoom called Soulhood Circle Gatherings. In addition I'm a Certified Yoga Therapist and offer virtual private Yoga Therapy sessions OR personalized videos made just for you.
