How to find the practice spot:
We gather for practice at 2pm. Attempt to arrive 15 minutes early so you can park, walk, find us, settle in the field. I cannot guarantee shade, doing my best to go early and scope out coverage. I will put a butterfly "🦋" sticker on the front map of Dalton Farms by check-in so you know where to find our spot. We will definitely be in a different place from the last 2 events so stay looking for that "🦋" sticker on the map when you arrive. My plan is to keep us away from high traffic areas, by the woods/fields and in possible shade for comfort 🤞

This will be a 60 minute beginner friendly hatha style yoga class at Dalton Farms where there are blooming sunflowers all around. Expect breathing fresh air, basking in sunshine (hopefully, send energy for good weather), and nourishing movement to love your body, mind and spirit. Bring your own mat, water, sunblock and bug spray. Shade is not guaranteed.

Veronica Carpenter is an experienced Yoga Teacher and an Internationally Certified Yoga Therapist. Her teaching style is lighthearted, playful and trauma informed. She encourages students to be curious, to meet themselves where they are at and to have fun with the practice. She will put together an upbeat musical playlist to go along with class to inspire joy.
