Nourish Your Whole Being

This week in classes I will be focusing on using Yoga as a means to nourish yourself on all levels- body, breath, emotions/senses, logical/wisdom mind and Spirit. In Yoga philosophy these layers are called the Koshas and they are interconnected. When we are off balance in one area- then all other parts of us are affected. A consistent Yoga practice can assist you in finding harmony within the Self as a whole being.


Tuesday's at 9:30am EST join me for Virtual Blissful Morning. A 75 minute strong hatha with a dash of vinyasa class, familiarity with yoga recommended. Livestream through Zoom.
