With all of my heart I believe that each individual can make a contribution to creating a better world. It begins with each person learning first how to care for and love themselves. This is what Yoga gave me and why I teach it- it literally lays out a path for liberation of the Soul Self. When a human lives in the shadow of the noise the mind makes it is hard and sometimes impossible to remember the Spirit that lives within. However, if one learns how to start shining the light of awareness in self reflection with loving kindness and curiosity then the magic happens. The path to finding the Soul Self is not always pretty- many of us humans are quite damaged physically, energeticlly, emotionally and mentally. This doesn't mean it is impossible, it's a process that requires patience, persistence and a dedication to loving oneself enough to do the work. My approach in bringing Yoga to the collective is lighthearted, playful and trauma informed. This means I encourage students to let judgment and expectations fall away so that they can learn to meet themselves where they are at and go from there. Everyone starts somewhere, what are you waiting for? Details below on how to join me virtually Friday mornings as well as details for On Demand video library below.
