✨️One year ago I became a Certified Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
🕉The past few days I've had the honor of virtually attending my first Symposium on Yoga Therapy and Research.
✨️It's been a mind blowing and magical experience. I cried during the opening chant on Thursday and again during the closing chant tonight. I've been dealing with human lonliness feelings, recently feeling like I don't have a place in the world where I really fit, but even virtually I felt connected and like I belonged with this group.
💜I am blessed to be a part of the IAYT community which is filled with beautiful souls who are doing the work of making the therapeutic tools of yoga accessible and inclusive to those that need it most around the globe.
✨️The conference has left me with much to ponder along with that old familiar feeling of realizing how much I still don't know.
