Music has always been a healing tool I've used in my journey. Pictured here are lyrics from a song on this week's class playlist. During more recent years I have begun being extremely mindful about the music I listen to and have shifted towards more inspiring and spiritual music. Adding music to a physical yoga practice can assist a person with getting out of their head and into the moment. It's an option I offer to go along with classes, a Spotify playlist on theme. This week's playlist is called "Dvesa" which is the Sanskrit word for "Aversion" or the 4th Hindrance of the Mind. Link to my Spotify Profile in my bio!
