Just Breathe

This week is all about Step 4 of the Yoga 8-Fold Path: Pranayama- breath control/breath expansion. Expect to explore some new breathing techniques during classes.


Monday's at 6pm EST join me for Virtual Adonis Blue Flow. A 75 minute strong hatha class, familiarity with yoga recommended.
