Self Care

Cultivation of a consistent yoga practice can reduce the effects of stress in your life. I know this to be true because I have been practicing Yoga since 2003ish. A lot of people just say they don't have the time. Well I challenge you to ask yourself if running your life with zero time for self care is serving your best interest. Most likely, in your know it isn't. How can you carve out time for your self-care to make it more consistent?

When you make yourself a priority, then and only then will you truly see the benefits unfold physically, energetically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. If you feel out of balance in you energy output, I invite you to my Thursday mornings VinYin class. Its a class that will give you a little warming/strengthening and a little cooling/opening.
