Carve out time to practice self-care as much as possible.
Be mindful of how you treat your body, what you focus your energy on, the effects your emotions have on your outlook, the internal dialog within the mind and how these things impact You- the highest Self.
Building pure awareness takes time to cultivate. A great place to start is simply with anchoring through breath. Or perhaps a moving meditation is more your thing- this is where a yoga pose practice could help you. A practice on the mat is a place where you begin to tune in and decipher between the voice of the Ego and the voice of the Highest Self. The Ego wants to tell you everything that's wrong and how it would all be better if only..... The Highest Self is without fear, doubt or worry and is curiously embracing the present moment without judgment or expectation.
Mondays at 6pm EST join me for Virtual Adonis Blue Flow. A 75 minute strong hatha practice with a dash of vinyasa. Some experience recommended for this class. Intermediate level.
