I cannot possibly begin to put into words the love that is radiating from the center of my heart space. Yesterday's celebration of my birthday and Yoga Therapy Training graduation was beautiful for so many reasons. Sadly not everyone is pictured here but I did my best to capture the day. Some pictured are long time forever friendships and relationships that now get to grow in my connections with their children. It's hard to believe that I moved to NJ 6 years ago and many of the people that celebrated with me are friendships/connections from my time here in New Jersey. What a whirlwind adventure this life truly is. I am blessed beyond measure and filled with gratitude. I cried yesterday and have been crying today- I'm overflowing with so many emotions. Without those pictured here I wouldn't be who I am today.
