Winter sun

Days draw shorter

Nights longer

Air crisper

A reminder to slow down

To move towards darkness without fear

To also stay connected to the light

Balance within

Ride the changing seasons

With ease, grace and a dash of hope

Spring will surely come again

For now, be here

Take lessons from nature

Nothing lasts forever

Except for the impermanence of the physical

And the boundlessness of the Spirit

Slow down

Learn to pause

Remember who you really are

Appreciate it all
