Ukraine Support Efforts

I’m not sure about you, but as I look out at a world where a dictator is forcibly removing people from their homes, taking all of their electronic devices and personal belongings, separating families and children from their parents, interrogating those removed from their homes in “Filtration Camps” and then sending them to the country he dictates- I am in shock, angry, sad, heart broken and ultimately feel helpless. How can this happen? How can we have a world where the most atrocious crimes against humanity are happening AGAIN? What did we learn from the Holocaust? How is this even possible?

A seemingly impossible event is VERY DEFINATLY HAPPENING IN 2022 and what does this say about our species? How will we humans come together to stop this? What can I do individually? I don’t have the answers but I do have a few recommendations for places where you can donate items and money to support Ukrainian refugees. I don’t know what else I can do and this is the sad truth. At least this is something.

The other thing I ask of you because I am a Yogi, ruled by non-violence in thought, word and deed. I ask that instead of spewing hatred at the man in charge of bringing all this destruction- instead could you possibly- Please pray/hold in the light those in charge of the world governments, that they wake up and put an end to Putin’s reign because we as a species shouldn’t not allow anyone to treat humans this way. This is a no go- this is unacceptable behavior for human beings. Who is the bravest of them all to put an end to genocide? Send the government heads courage to stop this NOW.

Physical ways you can give back, recommendations from students in my class this morning-
