How can you truly love and accept anyone else as they are if you don't do the same for yourself?
💜Self-love is top priority on a spiritual path. It consists of intentionally carving out time for yourself by yourself so that you learn to know, understand and accept yourself just as you are. It also means celebrating how far you've come, checking in to see how you can support yourself moving forward, as well as the process of removing from your life thoughts, behaviors and relationships that do not serve your highest good. Additonally self-love involves creating self care routines and protecting that time for yourself so you can replenish and be your most awesome Self out in the world.
🕉Hatha Yoga is a fabulous way to cultivate a consistent self-care and self-love practice . It helps you to take care of your body, refuel your energy, get out of your thinking mind and get in tune with your Spirit.
