Service Description

All levels/beginner friendly. This will be a wild card class, meaning I will teach to who shows up and target what students are looking for from class. Requests will be taken before class begins, and can be focused on body parts as well as the format of the class. This can range from restorative/yin, to gentle, to more strength and heat based dependent upon the audience. Formats will be intuitively weaved together to meet student needs. Modifications will be given.
