Service Description

Focuses on passive opening through longer held postures. The extended holds get into the connective tissue and encourage opening in the deepest layers of the body. Poses may be uncomfortable but should never be painful. Yin teaches the student to find their edge and strength through surrender. Modifications will be given. Props recommended to have: yoga strap, 2 blocks, blanket, pillow or bolster.
