Event Details: 

This will be a 75-90ish minute beginner friendly hatha style yoga class at Dalton Farms where there are blooming sunflowers all around. Expect breathing fresh air, basking in sunshine or whatever weather Mother Nature provides for our time together, as well as nourishing movement to love your body, mind and spirit. This event is meant to be uplifting and time to fill your heart with appreciation for the beautiful gift of life. I will also create an inspirational playlist of sweet tunes to support you getting out of your mind and into the magic of the moment... consider this the cherry on top of the experience. Bring your own mat and/or blanket, water, sunblock and bug spray. Shade is not guaranteed.
