About the event
As part of my 2nd Saturdays Mindful Nature Special Events! Join me for a Mindful Hike at Rancocas Nature Center in Westampton, NJ! This 2-hour outdoor experience invites you to move your body in nature, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the world around you.
The intention behind this experience is to help you find beauty in the simple things, deepen your connection with nature, pause to appreciate your surroundings and to invite your curious inner child out to play. Expect a gentle to moderate-paced walk (about 2 miles round trip), interspersed with moments of stillness, reflection, and light conversation. The invitation is to have this be a phone free experience aka mindfully present.
General Format:
We’ll gather on the deck of the nature center building near the front entrance, where restrooms are available. Restrooms officially open at 12 pm, but we'll try to get access a bit earlier if needed.…
