About the event
Join me for a Mindful Hike at Rancocas Nature Center in Westampton, NJ! This 2-hour outdoor experience invites you to move your body in nature, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the world around you.
The intention behind this experience is to help you find beauty in the simple things, deepen your connection with nature, and pause to appreciate your surroundings. Expect a gentle to moderate-paced walk (about 2 miles round trip), interspersed with moments of stillness, reflection, and light conversation.
General Format:We’ll gather on the deck of the nature center building near the front entrance, where restrooms are available. Restrooms officially open at 12 pm, but we'll try to get access a bit earlier if needed. There is a porta-potty in the parking lot if needed.
After a warm welcome, I’ll guide you through gentle movement to stretch and connect. We’ll then embark on a mindful, quiet walk for part of…
