About the event
Join me for Mindful Hike: a 90ish minute Mindful Meeting at Rancocas Nature Center, located in Westhampton, NJ. (not to be confused with Rancocas State Park entrance, RNC has a separate entrance can be found on Google Maps when you enter address given)
The intention behind this experience is to remind people to put themselves in the way of beauty, get inspired in nature, breathe deep, look around, appreciate the beauty, and honor their connection with the planet. Doing it with others is even more fun! Expect slow to moderate walking averaging around 2 miles round trip.
General Format:
We will meet on the deck attached to the nature center building at the front entrance to the building where restrooms are located. Restrooms officially open at 12pm, hopefully an RNC employee will be there early to let us in if we need to use the facilities.
