Join Veronica Carpenter of Blissful Butterfly Yoga for an Inner Child Forest Fun at Rancocas Nature Center on June 20th from 11:11am-1:11pm.
This playful gathering will begin with Inner Child Yoga, a spirited session to gently tune you into your body and soul before the forest fun begins. Through breath, centering, curious movement, laughter, and play, you’ll reconnect with your inner child and remember the sweetness that lives within you. Laughter, movement, community and nature are some of the best medicines, and in a time of heaviness, choosing joy is an act of resistance. Let’s get silly together!
From there we’ll head out into the forest for a frolicsome nature adventure inviting exploration, curiosity, imagination, mindfulness, movement, connection, and simple joy. This experience is all about reconnecting with our inner wild child, remembering the magic in taking a break from adulting, being present with nature, and allowing ourselves to play…
