My name is Veronica and I teach under the name Blissful Butterfly Yoga.
I help anxious humans find balance in practical and playful ways to support self-love and stress relief. I offer both virtual and in person services for all ages, see All Offerings tab for current services.
I understand that life can be tough, and that self-care often gets pushed to the side. That's why I am here to hold safe and nurturing space where students can experience the benefits of regularly applying the ancient practices and principles of yoga in their lives and the power behind working with a knowledgeable guide to light the way.
I am excited to offer you a journey to align yourself with love and discover your own path to health and happiness. Through my lighthearted approach and trauma-informed lens I will lead you through a sometimes messy yet magical metamorphosis, and empower you to transform your life in positive ways, one step at a time.
