This Week

No idea what I will be talking about in classes this week philosophy wise, as the weekend got away with me when I fell down a Human Design rabbit hole. Anyone else do this?

Most likely I will anchor students into practice through inviting personal intention setting, guiding centering breathing and leading mindful movement, all while reminding students about what Yoga is... which is a tool for self understanding, growth and remembering their true nature which is love.

What I discovered about myself through my Human Design dive is that I am basically made to shine and share my light with the world in ways that turn me on. It was confirmed that I am meant to do what I love and love what I do!

Teaching Hatha Yoga is one of those things that I shine while sharing!

☮If you feel called to practice with me virtually I offer 5 Livestream Classes per week and have an On Demand video library so you can practice with me anytime!

🕉Classes offered range from beginner to intermediate. All details found at www.blissfulbutterflyyoga.com
