Stay tuned friends because this butterfly is on the rise, I can feel it in the air. It's been almost 1 year since I began teaching virtually. I have had a small yet steady crowd following me since the beginning, for that I am eternally grateful. Each soul who practices with me is so very special to me. Along the way I have been consistently showing up for myself through one of the strangest, loneliest and most empowering years of my life. Through my personal work and spiritual studies I have been able to then show up for my students and bring them philosophy enriched classes, which they in turn seem to be grateful for. Tomorrow is the final installment of Tapas- the fire of self-discipline which moves one along on the Yogic path and gets things done. Tomorrow evening my new online platform will be up and running- including class packages and an on demand video library! Monday March 1st begins the official launch. For the first time I will be embracing my wings fully and have left the safety net of connection to any studios. What an exciting and nerve wracking adventure. Hope to see some new faces in the coming weeks, months and years.
