Blissful Breathing

Moment of bliss brought to you by alternate nostril breathing. Meant to assist in finding balance in the hemispheres of the brain/masculine and feminine/sun and moon within. Notice- right is masculine/sun, left is feminine/moon. Do this for 1-3 minutes to notice effects. A fun experiment is to do this at the beginning of a physical asana (yoga pose) practice and then at the end to notice the difference. Can also be done as a stand alone practice or tied with meditation. Feel free to reach out with questions.
