This week will be all about finding balance in the mind looking through the lense of the Gunas. Accordingly to yoga philosophy there are 3 forms of energy that dance together in order to create everything in the physical world. These forms of energy are called the Gunas. They are Rajas (energetic), Tamas (dull) and Sattva (pure). Throughout the week I will talk about how to notice these states within yourself, shining the light of awareness in order to move consciously towards balance.
Monday's at 6pm EST join me for Virtual Adonis Blue Flow. A 75 minute strong hatha with a dash of vinyasa class, familiarity with yoga recommended.
