Livestream classes 5 days a week through Zoom. Yoga philosophy is sewn in to support individual’s search for increase awareness. Regular Yoga practice assists overall wellness in body, energy, emotions, thinking mind and spirit. Veronica's teaching style is lighthearted, joyful and playful to make yoga less intimidating and accessible to a wider audience. I have an extensive background working with children as a relationship based therapist and nanny. I have experience teaching yoga to children at camps, in schools, at birthday parties, and in homes. Know a little one, or group of little ones who would enjoy lighthearted movement and breathing fun?
Relax and Renew at Work
Looking to bring some blissfulness into your workplace? I offer sessions at your business for students of all levels. Sessions can include breathing, mindfulness, relaxation and physical postures either in a chair or on a mat. Currently booking online virtual sessions.
